Rape seeds - is an annual plant of a long day, cold-resistant, demanding to moisture and soil fertility. Rapeseed oil contains the following fatty acids: palmitic, stearic, oleic, linoleic, linolenic, eicosan, erucic.

Coriander-the most common spicy plant in the world. Coriander seeds-one of the famous spices, without which in many countries can not do most of the meat or vegetable dishes.


Flax Seeds - are ovoid or elongated-elliptical, rounded at base, strongly flattened, on top of the islet. Contains a large number of biologically active substances.


Lentils green - beans hanging, rhombic, about 1 cm long, about 8 mm wide. Seeds 1-3, they are flattened, with an almost sharp edge. Lentils do not accumulate nitrates, radionuclides and toxins, which makes it extremely useful dishes.


Red lentils-this type of lentils is necessary for low hemoglobin in the blood and problems in the nervous system: regular consumption of dishes with this bean improves concentration and memory.


Chickpea Seeds - are a source of zinc, folic acid, they contain about 20-30% of protein, 50-60% of carbohydrates, up to 7% of fats and about 12% of other substances, including essential amino acid lysine, vitamins B1, B6, as well as minerals.


Millet white- Fruit-round, oval or elongated film grain white color. Seeds are small. Grain contains starch, proteins, fat, fiber, carotene, vitamins B1, B2 and PP, copper, Nickel, zinc, manganese.
